Virtual Theater

During the COVID-19 pandemic, theater has changed drastically from what it was before. As part of the journey to adapt to the new normal, I was fortunate enough to be involved in a couple of shows performed via Zoom: 4 A.M. Stay-at-Home-Edition by Jonathan Dorf and Love & Information by Caryl Churchill.

4 A.M. Stay-at-Home-Edition by Jonathan Dorf was performed and rehearsed entirely via Zoom streamed live to YouTube and was an important introduction to the medium of virtual theater.

Love & Information by Caryl Churchill was performed as a hybrid in-person and zoom performance presented streamed live to YouTube, with prerecorded short film video elements directed by Rory Pelsue.

In the Summer of 2020, I participated in an event from Vintage Soul Productions where a collective of artists come together to write, perform, and direct monologues in a little under one week before posting and sharing the end results to YouTube and Facebook. See my collaboration below:

Growing Pains

The National Theater Institute

In the Fall of 2019, I attended the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford, Connecticut. The end of the semester culminated in a series of performances known as the Company Project. I performed an arrangement of “She” by Dodie Clark as seen here.

Featuring Abby Nasworthy, Ayibatari Owei, Reality Hendrix, Mitch Donahue, Paul Zopatti, Ashley Gates, and Lauren Raff.

New Play Festival

Each Spring Quinnipiac University partners with New York City-based theatre company, The Barrow Group, to produce seven student-written, directed, acted, and stage-managed 10-minute plays.
